Chutneys Seekh Roll

This dish is inspired by a restaurant called chutneys in sharjah serving the same roll.
For the seekh recipe you can follow my previous post.

For the paratha … in a bowl mix 1 cup of milk , 1 egg, half tsp baking soda , salt to taste , 2 tbsp sugar and half cup oil . Mix well and mix in 1 cup maida and 1 cup wheat flour . Add enough water to make a soft dough . Lastly apply little oil and cover and keep for half hour. Make thick rotis and fry in 3 tbsp oil ( originally the paratha is shallow fried but I try to avoid excessive use of oil . If u want u can shallow fry the paratha)

For the chutney … in a grinder put 250 gms of dahi , half onion chopped , 2 green chillies chopped , salt , half tsp chat masala , 2 tbsp imli ki chutney and little chopped coriander ( If you don’t have imli ki chutney then put 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ) grind just for 2 sec .

To make the roll …. on a paratha put 1.5-2 seekh in a line , add chutney on top of the seekh , add sliced onions and roll . Serve hot.
