Churros with Milk Chocolate Dip
This is suchhhhh an easy recipe ,and kids and adults r going to loveee it .
Firstly heat 1 cup water , 8 tbsp butter , 1/4th tsp salt , half tsp cinnamon powder . And bring to a boil. Lower the heat and mix in 1 cup of seived maida really quickly till it forms a ball . ( hardly takes a min) . Let it rest for 10 mins and mix in 3 eggs ( u can use a spatula or even use a beater for quick results) .
Fill in a piping bag with star nozzle . And squeese out 3-4 inch long churros and cut with the help of a scissor to drop it into the oil. Fry on medium heat till golden and roll the hot churros in castor sugar ( you can also add some cinnamon powder to the sugar if u wish , but i dont like a strong flavor of it)
For the chocolate dip.
In a vessel mix equal quantity of milk chocolate compound and fresh cream . Cook on really low heat till its melted.
Serve the churros immediately with the dip . I love em garma garam🤤🤤
