Chocolate Trifle

This is a super quick dessert that all you chocolate lovers are going to enjoy .
Firstly make instant microwave cake ( you will find the recipe on my website (link in bio) ) if you do not have a micro u can follow my basic chocolate sponge recipe ( posted on website)
Once the cake has cooled down , cut it into cubes and keep aside
You can also take ready chocolate sponge cake.

For chocolate mousse – beat 500 ml whipping cream till soft peaks and then beat in 200 gm each of melted dark and milk chocolate compound . Keep aside

For chocolate sauce – in a vessel add 250 gm Amul fresh cream and 100 gm each of chopped dark and milk chocolate. Cook on medium heat till melted and keep aside.

To assemble- take a big bowl or tray or glasses and put a layer of mousse then drizzle some chocolate sauce ,(if you wish toy can sprinkle some roasted nuts as well after this step )spread a layer of cake cubes and generously drizzle it with water so that the cakes absorb the water . Repeat the layers till the bowl / glass is full . Lastly decorate with grated chocolate and keep in the fridge for 5-6 hours atleast ( better to prepare it a day before if you have time)
Serve chilled.
