Chocolate Mousse

Beat half box (500 ml) tropolite cream to very soft peaks . Now melt 400 gm dark chocolate and 400 gm milk chocolate. Beat in the melted chocolate with the cream . Mix just till the chocolate is mixed well , don’t over beat . Now in  a bowl put some crumbs of chocolate cake (you can follow my recipe of moist chocolate cake or simply use any chocolate sponge) fill the bowl with the prepared mousse .
In another bowl mix a few spoons of mousse and mix in 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp powderd sugar . Mix well and put in piping bag .
Decorate your bowls in desired design and sprinkle some more cake crumbs on top.
Chill in fridge for 5-6 hrs and serve cold.
Ps. You can simply skip the cake part and fill in bowls with mousse and decorate with grated chocolate.
