Chocolate Kunafa Dessert

This is a huge batch as usual . Below is a recipe enough for 4-5 tubs or 9 inch tray .

Firstly heat 50 gm butter and roast 50 gm chopped kunafa dough on medium low heat till. Golden . Keep stirring so that you get even color over all . Keep aside

In a vessel take 250 ml milk , 2 tbsp corn flour and mix well . Then switch on heat and keep stirring until thick . Add 100 gm chopped white chocolate and stir and cook till melted . Let this come to room temperature ( don’t let it cool completely or it will set . Just that it should not be very hot ) then mix in paste of 100 gm pista ( roast pista slightly in oven or tava , let cool and first grind to fine powder , then add little milk and grind to fine paste . I’ve also added green color to the Pista paste to make it the perfect green color)
Mix in the pista paste and then mix in a cup of whipped cream ( whip till soft peaks) . Then mix in the roasted kunafa . Your batter is ready

Now in a desert tub or tray put a layer of crumbled chocolate sponge ( you can take readymade or make with my recipe from my website) drizzle little milk to moisten and pour the pista cream Kunafa batter .
Let this chill in the fridge for two hours .
Meanwhile make chocolate sauce – just cook together 1/4th cup milk , 1/4th cup cream and 100 gm chopped dark chocolate till melted .

Pour the chocolate sauce on the set pista layer and chill in the fridge for 2 more hours. Enjoy chilled.
