Chocolate Avalanche Brownie Cake
Bare with untidy text on the cake, my 8 year old neice was crying to do the piping🙈

For the brownie. In a big bowl beat together 1/4th cup butter , and half cup castor sugar till fluffy , beat in 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla essence . Beat 100 gms of melted dark chocolate compound, fold in 1/4th cup maida and 2 tbsp cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Also fold in 100 gms of chopped dark chocolate compound.
Grease a tray and pour the brownie batter , bake at 180 degree for 15 min , or check the brownie as cooking time depends from oven to oven , dont over cook it . Remove from oven and let cool.
In a bowl beat 2 cups of tropolite till stiff peaks and beat in 500 gms of melted milk chocolate compound. Spread this on the cooled brownie and keep in the fridge for half hour.
In a vessel put 100 ml of amul cream and heat it till it boils from the sides. Switch off heat and mix in 100 gm of chopped milk chocolate and 4 tbsp heaped of nutella ( im drooling while i type🤣) . Mix well and spread on the cake , let it chill in the fridge for another 2 hrs and serve.
