Choco-Nut Bliss

Chocolate , coconut and pure bliss in your mouth makes this dessert “choco-nut bliss”

A dessert creation I’m superrrr proud of . I got uncountable compliments for this one and this just MELTSSSSSSS INNN YOURRRR MOUTHHH

I’ve made a huge batch as usual . Below is a recipe that will make a 9×13 inch tray

For chocolate sand – simply grind together 200 gm of digestive biscuits with 1 tbsp cocoa powder to crumbs . Then mix in 50 g of melted butter. Mix well and spread in the tray . Press well and keep aside .

For coconut layer – in a pan heat 1 cup milk and add 200 gm condensed milk and mix well . Add 100 gm desiccated coconut and cook well till slightly thick . Switch off heat and let this come to room temperature.
Meanwhile beat 1 cup whipping cream to soft peaks . Beat in the coconut mix and then beat in 300 g melted white chocolate. Mix well and pour on the tray . Let set in the fridge for an hour .

For ganache – simply cook 400 g dark chocolate and 200g cream till melted . Pour this on the set coconut layer and chill for 2-3 hours .

Remove from the fridge atleast half hour before serving .
If you wish you can serve these in individual cups as well .
And I would surely recommend all bakers to add this to your menu . It’s a superrrr se uppar dessert.
