Choco-Hazel Icecream Cupcakes
Back with my baking recipes guys . Plz ignore the messed up topping .. I could not find my piping bag n was in hurry to serve🙈
This again is one of my innovations which turned out yumm and was loved by all at home
For the cake … beat 3 eggs till fluffy then beat in 3/4th cup oil , 1.5 cup powdered sugar, 1.5 tsp vanilla essence , 3/4th cup maida , half cup cocoa powder, half tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt . Beat everything together . Put cupcake wrappers in the cupcake tray and fill half . Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 mins or till done.
Let the cupcakes cool and top with a scoop of chocolate icecream and keep in freezer for half hour.
For ganache topping .Cut 200 gm dark chocolate in a bowl and pour 1 small box hot amul cream on top and mix well .
Remove the cupcakes from the freezer and decorate with the ganache . Sprinkle chopped roasted hazelnuts generously and serve immidiately.
