Chinese Bhajiya

Soo quick and super delicious.a must try for teatime and even in Ramadan.

In a big bowl mix 2 cups of chopped cabbage , 1 cup grated carrot , 1 big capsicum chopped 1 cup spring onion chopped, salt, half tsp white pepper powder , 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 4-5 green chillies chopped, 2 tbsp shezwan chatni , 4 tbsp tomato ketchup , 4 tbsp red chilli sauce , 2 tbsp green chilli sauce , 2 tbsp soya sauce , 1 tbsp vinager , a pinch of red colour , 1 cup maida and 1 cup cornflour, mix well add a little water if needed . Fry like we fry pakoras , until golden and crisp . Serve along with some shezwan chutni mixed with some tomato ketchup.
