Chilli Cheese Balls

A very quick and delicious recipe that you can even make and freeze for Ramadan.

Mix together 500 gm boiled and mashed potatoes with salt , half tsp black pepper powder and a handful of chopped coriander. Mix and keep aside

For the stuffing mix 1 large capsicum chopped , 1 large onion chopped , 5-6 green chilli chopped , 250 gm grated processed cheese , 3 tbsp siracha or red chilli sauce and 3 tbsp mayo or veeba white cheese dressing . Mix well

Grease hands with little oil and flatten a ball of potato mix and stuff with the chilli cheese filling . Make a ball and prepare all the balls this way and keep aside

In a bowl mix 4-5 tbsp maida, 1 tsp red chili powder , 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder , salt and enough water to make a medium thick slurry .

Dip each ball in slurry then coat with panko and you can freeze at this stage .

If making fresh fry 2-3 pc at a time on medium heat . If making frozen , no need to defrost . Just fry on low heat till golden.
Serve hot and enjoy.
