Chili-Mili  Chana Aaloo

This is a dhoraji style recipe inspired by my mom in law .
Firstly  soak around 3 tbsp imli and around 3 tbsp chopped gudh  ( add less if u don’t like much sweet taste). Then blend it into a fine paste .
In a kadhai heat some oil , add a few curry leaves  , 1 tsp garlic paste and saute well , add 1.5 tbsp gehu aata and saute till a nice roasted smell comes . Add the prepared imli gudh  paste and half glass water,  mix well , add salt ,2 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp dhanya powder,  half tsp zeera powder,  and cook well , add 250 gms of soaked n boiled chana,  and 4 boiled and diced potatoes  , cook well till the gravy is thick and  chana aaloo are well coated , lastly mix in some chopped  coriander  , mint and 1-2 chopped green chillies . Serve hot or at room temperature.
