Chickpea Salad

Soak chickpeas overnight . The next day pressure cook with salt a pinch of baking soda and water . Cook on high heat till first whistle then cook on low heat for 8-10min. Strain and put in a bowl.
In a cup of chickpeas mix , juice of half lime , half tsp chat masala , some chopped coriander and mint , 1-2 chopped green chilli , 1 chopped tomato , 1 chopped onion, and 1 chopped cucumber . Mix well and have as a meal itself or as a salad along with your food.
