Chicken Tikka Toasties

Another easy yet delicious twist to my super hit toasties recipe , definitely a must try when u have sudden guests and even in ramadan.

Marinate 250 gms of chicken mince with , 1 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp tandoori masala , juice of 1 lime and salt. Let marinate for half hour .
In a bowl mix together 2 cups of milk, 4 tbsp maida , 2 tbsp corn flour and keep aside.
In a kadhai heat some oil and butter and saute the chicken till cooked. Mix in 3 chopped onions , 1 big chopped capsicum, 2 small chopped tomatoes, half cup boiled corn, salt , half tsp black pepper powder , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp oregano and saute just for a few seconds and add the prepared milk mix . Cook well and keep stirring till thick , add some grated processed cheese , some chopped coriander and mix well  . Switch off heat and let cool .
Apply on cut hotdog bun  and sprinkle some cheese on top ( ive put less as i went short of it , you can add more) sprinkle some oregano  and chili flakes , and bake in the oven till golden . Cut into pcs and serve hot with ketchup.
