Chicken Tikka Dinner Roll

Guys this is a musttttt try recipe if u r a fan of baked stuff and garlic and cheese.
For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida , 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast , salt to taste , knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil on top . Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)
Marinate 500gms of boneless chicken slabs with 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 2 tbsp tandoori masala ,salt and juice of 1 lime. Let marinate for half hour . Grill with little oil in a pan till done . Cut into thin slices and keep aside.
For garlic butter. In a bowl mix together half cup melted butter , 6 tbsp oil , 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp mix herbs , some chopped coriander and a pinch of salt . Mix well and keep aside
For spicy mayo… mix together half cup mayonnaise , 4 tbsp red chilli sauce , 4 tbsp green chilli sauce, 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1tsp red chilli flakes ,half tsp black pepper powder , salt,  1 small chopped onion and  some chopped coriander ( you can also add chopped  green chillies for extra spicy) mix well and keep aside.
To assemble , roll a ball of dough in an oblong shape . Put a dollop of spicy mayo , followed by chicken tikka pcs , then some mozzarella cheese . Fold slightly from both sides and roll to wrap it well. Brush some egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 mins or till golden. Once u remove from the oven, generously apply the garlic butter ( literally drench it) let rest for 5 mins , the bread will absorb the butter. Serve hot as it is or with ketchup.
