Chicken Surprise Burst Pizza

A must-try for all you pizza lovers.

In the video above I’ve made a very large batch for my family . Below I’m giving the recipe that will be enough to make 2 medium pizzas

For the chicken :- marinate 100gms of chicken cubes with half tsp garlic powder , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce, half tsp red chilli powder , half tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp vinegar, half tsp oregano and salt . Cook till done

For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida , 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast , salt to taste , knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil or regular oil on top and slightly knead . Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)

To prepare the molten cheese :- in a bowl grate 200 gms of processed cheese and put half tbsp butter and 1/4th cup of milk. Heat the bowl in the microwave for 30 second intervals till the cheese melts.(if you do not have micro then use double boiler method) once the cheese is melted grind it with a hand blender ( if little of this cheese is left over after making the pizza u can keep it in an airtight container in the freezer for months and defrost and use as needed)

For instant pizza sauce … mix 1/4th cup tomato ketchup,  2 tbsp red chilli sauce,  half tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp oregano  , 1/4th tsp mix herbs,  pinch of salt, 1/4th tsp garlic powder and mix well

First take a big ball of dough and roll it into. A thick roti and keep on a greased oven tray , apply some molten cheese generously and sprinkle some cooked chicken and jalapeño and olives and any veggies of your choice ( I like it without veggies )
Make a very thin roti with the same dough and keep it on this . Apply pizza sauce as much or as little as u like . And put loads of mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle with some oregano and chilli flakes if u like . Bake in preheated oven at 230 degrees till golden. Serve hot.
