Chicken Spring Rolls

In a kadhai put oil , 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp chopped ginger , 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute .Add  about 250 gms of finely chopped chicken , salt and 1 tsp white pepper powder .cook till chicken is half done then Add about 150 gms of cabbage sliced, 1 big carrot and 1 big capcicum cut to julienne. (Thin n long strips). Saute for 2 mins and add 2 tbsp soya sauce (don’t cook much as we don’t want the veg to cook completely and release water . Or else your rolls will become soggy) add a fist of boiled noodles and switch off heat . When cold mix in some chopped spring onion . Make rolls and deep fry till done . Serve hot with shezwan sauce or ketchup.
