Chicken Shawarma Burger

Marinate thin slices of 500 gm boneless chicken with salt , 1 tsp each of ginger garlic green chilli paste, 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , half tsp Dhanya powder ,1/4th tsp haldi and juice of half lime and 2 tbsp dahi . Mix well and let marinate for 2 hours and grill with little oil till done . Slice and keep aside

For garlic sauce first blend 5-6 cloves of garlic , salt , 1 tsp vinegar and 1/4th cup milk . Then gradually add half cup oil little by little and keep grinding till thick .

Press and Grill burger buns on grill pan with butter on high heat to flatten the bun and get grill lines . Now apply garlic sauce on both sides . On the bottom side put some sliced cabbage , jalapeño, olives , and sliced onion . Put sliced chicken , close the bun and serve hot with fries.
