Chicken Satay

Marinate 500 gm long thin strips of chicken with , salt , half tsp white pepper powder , 2 tsp soya sauce , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tsp vinager , 1 egg , 1.5 tbsp corn flour , pinch of red colour and 3 tbsp maida . Let marinate for half hour and pierce in satay sticks ( you have to move the chicken front and back like we do stiching) fry the chicken till golden and keep aside .

In a kadhai heat little oil add 1 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 chopped green chilli 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute . Add 6 tbsp ketchup , 3 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tsp vinager , 1 tsp soya sauce , 2 tbsp shezwan sauce , 1 tbsp sugar , salt , half tsp white pepper powder and pinch of red colour. Saute well and toss the fried satay sticks well . Lastly toss some chopped spring onion . Serve hot.
