Chicken Rolls
Another easy and tasty recipe for Ramadan that you can make Nd store for long . You need small springroll sheets or wonton sheets for this one .
Tip .. there are many different types of rolls we can freeze prior Ramadan . Making in different sizes helps diffrenciate .
Marinate 500 gm boneless chicken cut into small cubes with 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste . Let marinate and cook till chicken is tender and dry.
In a pan take 2 tbsp butter and put 1.5 tbsp maida , saute and put half tsp white pepper powder , salt and 1 cup of milk . Stir well and cook till thick . Switch off heat and mix about half cup of grated process cheese ( u can skip if u don’t like having cheeze ) mix the cooked chicken and white sauce , let cool and mix chopped coriander . Make mini rolls and deep fry till golden and crisp.
Tip. Frying samosas and rolls on low heat helps each layer of the sheet cook well till crisp.
