Chicken Resha Kabab

These are really delicious crisp from outside and melt in the mouth kababs from inside u must try .
Boil 250 gms of chicken with 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste and salt. Shread the chicken and keep the stock for later use.
Boil and mash 2 medium sized potatoes , grate 1 medium carrot , finely chop 1 capsicum , boil 1 cup corn and keep aside.
Heat 4 tbsp butter , and 4 tbsp oil , add 6 tbsp maida and saute for around 30 sec . Add the chicken stock and 1 cup milk . Cook well and add all the prepared veggies , shredded chicken , salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 6 chopped green chillies , lots of chopped coriander and cook till thick . Let cool and shape into oblong kababs and dip into beaten egg and roll in crushed seviya . Deep fry till golden and crisp .
For veg version skip the chicken and use water instead of stock . Dip in maida slurry instead of egg.
