Chicken Puff Pastry
Boil half kg chiken with ginger , garlic, green chilli and salt , reserve half cup of stock . Shread and keep aside. In a pan put 3 tbsp butter 3tbsp maida and saute just till roasting smell comes , add 3/4th cup milk and half cup of stock , salt and white pepper to taste , cook till sauce is thick and mix in the chicken .switch off the heat and let the batter cool . Then add chopped coriander and green chilli and mix . Make puffs and brush with egg , sprinkle little black and white til and bake at 200 degree for 20 mon or till golden.
