Chicken Patakha Wrap

You guys love making new wraps from my recipes and I love creating them . Here’s another super hit wrap that is surely going to trend in every house in sha Allah.

For tikka boti – marinate 500 gm of boneless chicken cubes with salt , 1 tsp ginger paste 2 tsp garlic paste , juice of half lime ,1 tsp Dhanya powder ,1 tsp zeera powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala and a pinch of red color . Mix well and do koyla dhungaar . Let marinate for 2 hours and grill in a pan till done .

For spicy mayo – just mix 1/4th cup mayo , 4 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp garlic powder and little water to adjust consistency . Mix and keep aside

For mint mayo chutney – blend a generous handful of mint leaves , 1/4th cup dahi , 1/4th cup mayo , 4-5 green chilli, 4-5 cloves of garlic , half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp imli , and salt to taste to a fine paste and keep aside .

For paratha just knead regular wheat flour as we do for chapati and roll into a thick roti and shallow fry on high heat till golden

To assemble – on paratha first put some sliced cabbage and onion , sprinkle some chaat masala , put some fries on top , chicken pcs , some chopped coriander. Then drizzle fresh cream , mint chutney and spicy mayo . Roll and serve immediately.

Ps . I reccomend to fry parathas garma garam and make rolls . Alag he maza hai usme.
