Chicken Paprika With Herb Rice

This tastes yummmm . Couldn’t manage a video for this recipe nor detailed pics .

For chicken paprika
Take 500 gm boneless chicken cut into thin slabs . Marinate with salt , juice of half lime ,1 tsp garlic paste ,1 tbsp soya sauce , 4 tbsp red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp Shezwan sauce , 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano , half tsp mix herbs and some finely chopped coriander.
Let marinate for half hour , then remove all excess marinate and grill the chicken in pan with little oil till done .
In another vessel heat some butter and sauté 1 tbsp garlic till fragrant. Add the remaining marinade from the chicken and sauté well . Add little water and let boil . Add 2 slices of cheese and let melt . Finally add 100 ml of cream and cook just till boil comes from the sides or else oil will separate.

To make herb rice in a wok take some oil and sauté 1 tbsp chopped garlic and sauté till fragrant, add half tsp mix herbs , 1 tsp oregano and a handful each of finely chopperised coriander leaves and spring onion green , sauté just for a few seconds and add 2 cups of rice boiled , half tsp white pepper powder and , stir fry well .

In a plate put the grilled chicken and top it with the prepared sauce, serve it along with herb rice and some fries.
