Chicken Noodle Kabab

A mustttt try recipe to make and freeze for Ramadan.

Firstly cook 250 gm boneless chicken with salt , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp garlic paste . Cook till done . Shred and keep aside .

In a Kadhai take 5-6 tbsp butter and let melt , add 2 chicken stock cubes , 1 tbsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp black pepper powder and sauté . Add 1 cup Maida and cook for a few minutes till fragrant. Lower the heat completely and add 1.5 cup milk and 1.5 cup water . Cook till thick like mashed potatoes. Keep aside

Make 2 packet maggi noodles ( there should not be any extra water ) let cool

Mix the Maida mix , noodles , shredded chicken , little salt ( put less as stock cube has salt and we have put salt in chicken also ) 1 chopped capsicum, 4-5 chopped green chilli, and lots of chopped coriander . Mix well with hands and add enough milk to make a soft and smooth consistency filling ( around over half cup )
Mix well and shape into kabab with greased hands and coat with bread crumbs ( you can freeze at this stage . )

Dip in beaten egg and fry few pcs at a time on high heat till golden brown. Serve hot.
