Chicken / Mutton Maharaja

One more rich mughlai gravy (my version of it) up for u guys. Im sure u will love it as much u have loved my other gravies.

Marinate 750 gms of chicken / mutton with 2 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste, 2 tsp red chilli powder , 2 tbsp mustard oil , 2 tbsp tandoori masala , juice of 1 lime, pinch of red colour and salt let marinate for half hour . ( if using mutton pressure cook till done after marination)

Blend together , barista of 2 onion , 2 tomato , 2 green chillies ,1 tsp garam masala powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp haldi powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , 1 tbsp kasoori methi , 1 tsp saunf , 1 fist kaju , 1 fist 4 magaz , some chopped coriander , 250 gms dahi . Blend to a fine paste.

Heat oil in a kadhai , add whole garam masala and pour the masala paste amd salt , Cook for 2 min and add the chicken / cooked mutton and cook well till done . Add 4 tbsp malai or cream , 1 pinch of saffron , 1 tbsp rose water n 1 drop of kevra essence . Lastly add some chopped coriander . Serve hot along with ur choice of roti i have served along with butter garlic naan.
