Chicken / Mutton Korma

Korma is a basic gravy that all of us love , quick , simple and delicious.  I love it with tandoori  roti , you can enjoy with paratha naan or rice as well.

Marinate  750 gms of meat , with 300 gms dahi, 2 tbsp garlic paste,  1.5tbsp ginger paste  , 3 tsp red chilli powder  , 1 tsp haldi powder,  1 tsp garam masala powder,  2 tsp dhanya powder  , 1 tsp zeera powder  , and 1 tbsp @safoods_aisha biryani masala ( if u dont have u can use any korma or biryani masala) paste of 3 tomatoes,  paste of barista from 3 big onions , salt , juice of half lime and some chopped coriander . Let marinate  for 2 hours or overnight.

In a vessel or pressure  cooker , put oil , 1 tbsp desi ghee , some whole garam masala  , let it splutter  and add the marinated  meat and saute well for 5 mins , add some  water and cook till done . Lastly  add 2 drops  of kevra essence,  few whole green chillies,  and some chopped coriander.  Serve hot.
