Chicken Mayo Hotdog

So basically this is not the sausage filling , its a shredded chicken and mayo filling . You can make this as a cold sandwich or also grill it .
Boil 250 gms of chicken with salt , 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste and 1 tsp green chilli paste . Shread and keep aside.
In  a big bowl mix together the shredded chicken , 1 small bundle of lettuce sliced , half cup of boiled corn, half cup sliced purple canbage( optional) , 1 cup mayonnaise , salt , 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp black pepper powder  . Mix well and stuff in hot dog buns . Serve as it is or grill it till golden and serve .
Super easy and a really delicious sandwich. A gr8 option for parties as well.
