Chicken Malai Barrah

This is soooo delicious u guys must try it . Ive made it using my malai tikka masala @thespiceaffair_with_sabanazia
If you have not bought it yet u can use kaju powder in its place but i would highly recommend to use my masala .
Firstly marinate 500 gms of boneless chicken leg or whole chicken pcs with juice of 1 lime , salt , 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste and let marinate for 15 mins . Then add 4 tbsp dahi , 2 tbsp @thespiceaffair_with_sabanazia malai tikka masala ( or kaju powder) . And let marinate for 2 hrs or preferably overnight.
Grill in a pan till done . Grill on direct flame with a few pcs of coal to give charred effect .
Take a kadhai and heat 8 tbsp of butter , fry the chicken pcs  in it for 2 mins on high heat . Add 1 tsp chaat masala , and half cup cream . Cook for 2 mins and switch off heat . Serve as it is or with some butter garlic naan. Mmmm im drooling while I type this 🤤
