Chicken Makhkhan Malai

This is a real quick and tasty  semi dry dish you can make when sudden quests arrive or when your too lazy to make something fancy.
Wash and make slits on 1 kg of chicken (leg is preferable)  marinate with 250 gms dahi , juice of 2 limes , 2 tbsp garlic  paste ,1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp green chilli paste ,1 cup malai or cream , salt to taste .
In a grinder , blend 1 fist kaju 1 fist 4magaz , 1 tbsp whole black pepper , 1 tbsp kasoori methi to powder. Add this to the chicken and marinate for half hour.
In a kadhai heat oil and butter add whole garam masala and add the chicken along with the Marinade. Cook will till chicken is cooked and gravy is thick. Lastly add some chopped coriander and serve with paratha, chapati or butter garlic  naan (You can follow my recipe for garlic naan)
