Chicken Lasagna / Bread Lasagna

This is one of my faveeee pasta dishes when made with pasta sheet and the most delicious sandwich ever when made with bread , cheeze lovers this is a must try for u guys .

To prepare white sauce … in a vessel heat 4 tbsp butter , add 4 tbsp maida and saute . Add 1 big glass full of milk and 1 glass water , keep stirring and cook till thick , mix in salt , and 1 tsp white pepper powder , keep aside .

For the chicken. .. in most lasagna u will find chicken or mutton mince , but i prefer using chopped boneless chicken . In 500 gms of chicken mix in salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 1 tsp garlic paste , 2 tsp chilli flakes and 1 tsp each of oregano , mix herbs and parsley. Let marinate for half hour.
Heat a kadhai add little oil and slightly saute 1 chopped onion till pink , add 2 chopped tomatoes 1 tsp garlic paste , salt and saute well , add half cup tomato ketchup , 4 tbsp chilli sauce , 1 tsp vinager , 1 tbsp soya sauce ( chinese sauces in Italian cuisine? Trust me u guys have loved my recipes ur gonna love my version of this ) add half cup of sliced musrooms and half cup boiled sweet corn ( u can skip if u wish )
Saute and add the marinated chicken , cook well till tender . In a small bowl mix 2 tsp maida with half cup water and add this to the chicken n cook till thick , add half cup chopped capsicum and switch off the heat.
Boil 8 pasta sheets and keep aside .

Grease a tray and layer with 4 pasta sheets ( this fits a medium size tray u can use more or less according to ur tray) spread half of the chicken batter and spread half of the sauce , sprinkle loads of mozzarella and sprinkle some oregano n chilli flakes . Repeat the same process once again.
If ur making with bread u will spread bread slices with sides removed instead of boiled pasta sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 Ā° for 15 min or till the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Remove square pcs in a plate and serve hotttt. Get ready to have that heavenly feeling at the first bite itself šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹
