Chicken Haryali Barra

My love for experimenting with food never ends and alhamdolillah ur love and prayers help me acheive a perfect recipe that u all also love as much as i do . A must have for all u restaurant food lovers . I dont think this dish is served anywhere but turns out complete restaurant quality .

Cut 500 gms of boneless chicken leg , ( plz don’t use chicken breast or u wont get that taste)
In a grinder blend together , 1 cup chopped coriander leaves , a fist of mint leaves, juice of 1 lime , 4 green chillies , half inch ginger , 6-7 cloves of garlic , half tsp white pepper powder , salt , 1 tbsp kasoori methi and blend to a fine paste , apply this paste on the chicken along with 4 tbsp dahi ( i havnt added green food colour u can add at this stage if u want a nice green colour) do koyla dhungar and marinate for 1 hour . Grill the chicken in grill pan or best grill in a sigdi if u have one at home .

In a kadhai heat 4-5 tbsp butter , and saute the grilled chicken for a min on high heat. Switch off heat and mix half cup amul cream and 4 tbsp mayo and 2 cubes of grated cheese. Serve hot with some sliced onion ( ive just mixed in some salt pepper n chat masala ( shahi chatkhara by me @shahi_garam.masala) in the onion) you can have this as a starter or also have it along with some garlic naan or paratha🤤
