Chicken Fries Jenga Tower
Ok guys the presentation of this dish is inspired by the popular game of jenga. Here we have a jenga tower of crispy chicken fries on a bed of cabbage salad , drizzled with some cheezy mayo sauce served along with tomato roses . The recipe and method of making the fries is my own innovation . You will not find any such recipe of chicken fries online❤
🍟To make the chicken fries…. in a bowl mix together 500 gms of boneless chicken cubes , 2 tsp garlic paste , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tsp white pepper , 1 tbsp vinager , 1 egg salt to taste and 8-10 slices of bread. Grind in small batches to fine mince. Layer a tray with butter paper and grease it . Put the chicken mince and press with oiled hands to create a smooth surface . Freeze for 4-5 hours . Remove the solid slab from the tray and cut into fingers. Dip each finger into beaten egg then coat with the bread mix and fry on medium heat till golden.
(For the bread mix … roughly grind 12-15 bread slices and mix half tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp mix herbs , 1 tsp parsley and 1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped.) 🍲for the cheezy mayo sauce …. in a vessel heat 2 tbsp butter and add 1.5 tbsp maida , saute well and add salt , half tsp white pepper powder, yellow colour , 1 tsp chilli flakes , 2 pinches of garlic powder ,half tsp each of oregano , mix herbs and parsley. Add 1 cup of milk and half cup water and cook till thick . Add about 2 cubes of cheese grated and cook till the cheese melts. Switch off heat and let cool. Finally add 3 tbsp mayo and mix . 🥗for the cabbage salad … mix 1 cup each of sliced purple and green cabbage along with 4 tbsp mayo , 2 tbsp milk , salt , half tsp chat masala and 1tbsp sugar.
Ps… the jenga tower is just for presentation purpose. You can simply serve the fries along with the cheesy mayo sauce as a dip❤
