Chicken Farcha

This is a really easy quick n tasty recipe for Ramadan and otherwise.

Marinate 1 kg chicken pcs with 1 tbsp garlic paste half tbsp ginger paste , half tbsp green chilli paste , salt, half tsp white pepper powder, half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder , half tsp zeera powder half tsp dhanya powder , juice of 1 lime . Let marinate half hour and cook till tender and dry . Lastly mix in some chopped coriander .

Let cool and roll in bread crumbs then dip in beaten egg and fry till golden . For the crisp version dip in egg first then coat with fresh bread crumbs and fry till golden . Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
