Chicken Curry / Murgi Ka Salan

One more basic memoni recipe up once again for the Desi cravings.to make the curry…. Make barista of 3 onions and grind it along with 3 tomatoes 2 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste and 250 gm dahi .
In oil put curry leaves and whole garam masala . Let it crackle and add the paste. Saute little and put 3 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp haldi , 2 tsp dhanya powder , 2 tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp zeera powder, salt and 1 tbsp shaan sindhi biryani masala ( I always have some or the other masala at home . Just adding 1 tbsp really changes the taste , I also use korma masala , karahi , and any other biryani masala just a tbsp of any one of it) saute well (sauteing well is the key to perfect food the more u bhunofy the tastier) add some chopped coriander and add 1 kg  of chicken and potatoes , saute well for 5 min on high heat and  keep stirring . Cover and cook till chicken n potatoes are done and lastly add juice of 1 lime few whole green chillies and lots of coriander. Serve hot with some zeera rice or sponge naan.
