Chicken Cream Tikka

This dish really brings back my childhood memories . My dad used to get this and samosa and halwa for me evry Friday after juma prayers from Delhi darbar Dubai. But after coming to India I did not find this dish or the same taste anywhere. Even now in Dubai the same taste does not remain . There is no such recipe online as well so I Have recreated this recipe for u guys and would humbly request all of u to pray for my parents magfirat and pray that they get the best in jannatul fridaus ( yes I have lost them in a very young age ). For the chicken marination… cut 500 gm boneless chicken into thin square boti and slightly hammer it with kitchen hammer or rolling pin . Marinate will salt , juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp white pepper powder, 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste , 2 cubes cheese grated , 4 tbsp cream .let marinate for half hour and put 4 boti in satay sticks and coat with bread crumbs . Press with your palm and coat so the stick looks nice and flat and from out it looks as 1 long piece of chicken . Dip in beaten egg and deep fry on medium low heat till golden. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
