Chicken Chutney Kabab / Mayonnaise Kabab
Sometimes the simplest ingredients give the tastiest recipe . This recipe is exactly like it easy quick and delicious.
In a bowl mix together 500 gm boneless chicken cubes , salt , half tsp white pepper powder, 6 green chilies chopped, 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste , juice of half lime and some chopped coriander . Grind this in small portions to a fine mince . Let marinate in the fridge for half hour .
Grease your hands and flatten a ball of mince to a big flat round shape . Put 1 tsp thick green chutney or mayo in the centre and close from the sides . Flatten a little to a round flat kabab. This way is more convenient for me . If ur a beginner then take two small balls and flatten and sandwich the chutney or mayo in between . Press from sides to seal . Roll in bread crumbs then dip in beaten egg and deep fry till crisp . You can first dip in egg then fresh bread crumbs or panko to make a crisp version of the same.
Ps. Make sure ur chutney is really thick or it will be difficult to shape the kabab .
Dont keep the chicken layer very thin or the stuffing will ooze out on frying .
Dont keep the chicken layer too thick or you won’t get proper taste of the stuffing
Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
