Chicken Chilli Pizza Restaurant Style

This was one of the most requested pizzas ho had to try it out and recreate for u guys . And I must say it turned out exactly the same .
This recipe will make 3-4 pizzas (7inch) depending on how much gravy ur keeping
Firstly in a pan or Kadhai heat half cup water and add 1 tsp garlic paste, half tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce, 4 tbsp soya sauce , salt to taste, 1 tsp vinegar and half tsp white pepper powder ( you can add half tsp ajinomoto to give exacctttt taste but I have not used ) bring this to a boil and add 250 gm chopped chicken and cover and cook till chicken is done . Add slurry of 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 1/4th cup water, and cook , add some capsicum cubes and roughly sliced onion and 2-3 slit green chilli ( you can increase the quantity of gravy by adding double of all ingredients except chicken to make it budget friendly)
Cook for 5 mins and use as needed .

Just apply the chilli on pizza base . Sprinkle as much mozzarella cheese as you like and bake till cheese melts.

This is surely a must try recipe.
