Chicken Chilli Cheese Buns

A super delicious recipe for all . Do try in regular days and Ramadan .
As usual I’ve made a huge batch . Below is a recipe enough for 4-5 people

For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida , 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast , salt to taste , knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil on top . Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)this makes around 12 -15 buns.

Firstly marinate 250 gm chicken with salt , 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, half tsp garlic powder and half tsp red chilli powder. Cook till done and shred and keep aside (you can also just skip the chicken and make chilli cheese buns)

Mix together 100 gm processed cheese, 200 gm mozzarella cheese, 1/4th cup chopped capsicum, 3-4 chopped green chilli , half tsp oregano , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , the shredded chicken and 5-6 tbsp milk . Mix well.

Take a ball of dough and flatten with greased hands . Fill in with lots of filling and close from all sides. Place in a greased tray and prepare all buns the same way . Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 15 min or till golden brown.
