Chicken Cheese Thread Balls

This is a mustttttttt try recipe guys for Ramadan and otherwise. Surely something not to be missed by cheese lovers.

Firstly marinate 500 gm boneless chicken cubes with salt, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce, 2 tbsp green chilli sauce, 1 tsp vinegar and half tsp black pepper powder . Mix well and grind in small portions to a fine mince. Keep in fridge for half hour so it becomes easy to handle.

Grease hands and take a small ball of mince , flatten it on your palms and stuff with grated cheese ( preferably mozzarella) and close from sides to make a ball and keep in fridge for half hour before coating with thread . ( you can freeze for Ramadan at this stage )
You can use ready threads if you wish but I personally like to use threads made with spring roll or samosa sheet . All you have to do is sprinkle and spread some cornflour on a sheet and put another sheet on top . Repeat till you have layer of 4 . Then roll and cut thinly with knife or scissors . And separate by crumbling . If u want less threads to stick on your chicken then break the threads by hand.

Just before frying. Dip each ball in beaten egg and roll in threads. Deep fry on medium heat till golden. Serve immediately.
