Chicken Cheese Naan

Delicious spicy punjabi style naan u will love it.

Knead 4 cups Maida , 2 tbsp sugar , 2 tbsp instant dry yeast and salt with enough warm water to make a soft dough. Lastly knead with 3-4 tbsp oil and cover and keep aside for two hours or till dough doubles in size .
cook 500 gm chicken with salt 1 tsp each ginger garlic paste , 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tbsp tandoori masala . Cook till done and shred .

In a Kadhai heat oil and sauté chopped mix ( Chopperise 1 onion , 3-4 green chilli and a handful of coriander leaves ) . Sauté little and add shredded chicken and sauté . Add 1 heaped tbsp of Maida and sauté till fragrant. Add half cup milk and cook till thick . Let cool .

Roll a ball of dough with help of dry flour and stuff with chicken filling and lots of mozzarella cheese . Close from sides and flatten with palm to shape a round naan . Apply little Kalonji and press .

Slightly toast on the tava from bottom side and put on oven tray . Brush with milk and bake in preheated oven at 230 degrees for 10 min or till golden brown. Apply lots of butter . Sprinkle some chopped coriander and serve hot with green chutney .

You can also simply just fry the naan as we make paratha if you do not have an oven .
