Chicken Cheese Fatayer

This tastes just toooo good . And the best part is you can make plain cheese ones as well . Just use the same dough below and stuff with only a mix of processed and mozzarella cheese . Fold as in video and bake till done .

For the dough take 2 cups Maida and add salt to taste , 3 tbsp sugar , 1 tbsp instant yeast , 50 gm melted butter and mix well . Knead with around a cup of lukewarm milk to a soft dough . Cover n keep aside for 2 hours or till double in size .

marinate 500 gm boneless chicken cut into thin slabs with , salt , 1 tsp garlic paste , half tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, juice of half lime , 1 tsp vinegar mix well and do coal dhungaar . Let marinate for half hour and grill with little oil till done . Once cool shred and keep aside .

For sauce – in a grinder jug first blend 6-7 cloves of garlic with , salt , 1 tsp sugar , 1 tbsp vinegar. Blend well then blend in 1/4th cup milk . Add half cup oil little at a time and keep grinding till thick . Then add 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp oregano , half tsp red chilli flakes , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tbsp mustard sauce and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup . Blend well .

Mix the shredded chicken and sauce and use as needed .

Take a ball of dough and roll into a thick oval . Spread the chicken mix and then sprinkle a mix of processed and mozzarella cheese . Close from sides and pinch edges as shown in the video .

Bake on. A greased oven tray in preheated oven at 200 degrees till golden . Serve hot.
