Chicken Cheese Burst Burger

Makes 8 burgers

If you are a cheese and a burger lover , this is a recipe that u do not want to miss out on .

Firstly marinate – 500 gms of boneless chicken cubes with salt , 2 chopped green chilli, – very small roughly sliced onion , some chopped coriander, 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , half tsp Dhanya powder, half tsp zeera powder,half tsp black pepper powder and 1 tbsp butter . Mix everything well and blend to fine mince in grinder ( grind in small batches ) let marinate for atleast half n hour .

Grease your hands with oil and take a ball of mince , flatten it and fill with 2 tbsp of grated mozzarella cheese , and close from all sides . Flatten the Pattie a little and dip in beaten egg and coat with Panko or fresh bread crumbs .

Fry on low heat till golden on both sides .

To prepare the sauce , mix half cup mayo , 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, half tsp oregano , 3 tbsp red chilli sauce , 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, half tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp olive oil, half tsp vinegar and a pinch of salt , add little water and mix well .

To assemble, slice burger buns and apply butter and slightly grill on a pan , on the bottom part apply the prepared sauce and place on top some sliced iceberg, sliced tomato , onion rings , sliced jalapeño and olives. Keep the fried pattie on top , apply some plain mayo on the top side of the bun and close the burger.
Enjoy it piping hot with some fries or chips.
