Chicken Calzones

Cheesy Chiken and veg filling surely a must try for all you fastfood and cheese lovers.

Marinate 500 gms of chicken with salt. , juice of half lime ,1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 2 tablespoon Tandoori masala powder , 2 tbsp dahi and A pinch of red colour let marinate for at least half an hour and grill with little oil in a grill pan till done. And cut into cubes

For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida , 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast , salt to taste , knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil on top . Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)
In a bowl mix half cup melted butter , 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic ,1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp mixed herbs and a pinch of salt and some chopped coriander.

In a bowl mix 200 gms of grated processed cheese, 1 teaspoon butter and half cup of milk .melt in a microwave or double boiler slightly and then blend it into a fine paste . Keep aside

Roll a ball of dough with the help of Some flour to a thick roti and apply the molten cheese on one half of the roti, then sprinkle some boiled corn ,chopped capsicum, chopped onion ,sliced olives and sliced jalapeños add lots of chicken and close the Roti into a semicircle and seal the edges by folding.
Apply the garlic butter and bake in the oven at the highest temperature for 15 to 20 minutes or till golden .
if you do not have an oven you can fry the calzones and then apply garlic butter and serve hot.
