Chicken Butter Garlic Naan

Guys this naan can be made with ur choice of filing… you can follow my recipe of aaloo paratha for aaloo filling , and the same recipe for paneer paratha . I follow the same just use crumbled paneer instead of mashed potato. Keema lovers can follow my recipe of samosa filling for keema naan.

For the dough … knead 2 cups of maida/wheat flour , with 1 tsp sugar , salt , a pinch of baking soda , 2 tbsp ghee , 4 tbsp dahi , mix well and knead with water to a soft dough. Keep coverd for half hour.

For the chicken I have followed my tandoori chicken Recipe
Wash 250 gm of boneless chicken and slice into thin slabs. In a blender grind together , 2 tsp garlic paste , half tsp ginger paste , 1green chilli , little coriander , half tsp garam masala powder, juice of 1lime , half tbsp kasoori methi , salt , pinch of red colour , 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp tandoori masala , blend all this to a fine paste and apply on the chicken along with 2 tbsp hung curd and 1 tsp mustard oil. Do koyla dhungaar and Let this marinate for few hrs and grill in grill pan with some oil . Shread the grilled chicken and mix in 2 chopped onion and 1-2 chopped green chilli, and lots of chopped coriander.
For garlic mix … In a bowl mix 2 tbsp chopped garlic , some chopped coriander and 1 tsp kalonji . Keep aside

Assembling…. roll a big ball of dough with help of flour and put the chicken filling in the centre. Close from the sides . On your rolling board put a tsp of garlic mix and put the stuffed dough on top and press a little. Roll with help of more flour with light hands to a thick naan. Apply a dash of water on the top side of the naan ( not the one with garlic , the plain side) put the naan on a hot tava , water side facing down. Let grill on low heat for a min . Turn ur tava and increase the heat so that the naan is facing direct flame . Grill nicely overall till the entire naan is cooked and slight golden . Remove in plate and apply a generous amount of butter or ghee and serve hot with green chutney šŸ˜‹
