Chicken Buns
For the dough .. knead together 2 cups maida heaped, 2 tsp salt , 2 tbsp sugar , 1 tbsp yeast and a mix of warm water and milk . Knead a soft dough and apply olive oil in the end. Cover and keep for 2 hours.
Cut 250 gm chicken into small cubes and cook with 2 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger salt and 1 cup water.
In a vessel heat 2 heaped tbsp butter and add 2 heaped tbsp maida and saute. Add the stock from the chicken and half cup milk , add salt and pepper to taste . Cook till thick and add in the chicken cubes and switch off heat. When the batter is cool add chopped green chilli , capsicum and coriander.
To make buns , preheat the oven and grease the tray. Grease your hands with oil and flatten a ball of dough on your palm , put in a tbsp of the chicken batter and close the dough to form a bun. Place buns a little far and brush with egg and sprinkle black and white til on top . Bake till golden.
