Chicken Box Pattice

In a bowl put 1 cup fresh cream and mix in 1 tbsp vinegar and keep aside for half hour.
In a kadhai heat 3 tbsp oil , 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute well , add 500 gm of chopped chicken , salt and half tsp pepper powder. Saute till chicken is done , add 6 green chillies chopped , 1 big capsicum chopped ,1 small onion chopped, 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 2 boiled mashed potatoes , saute little and add the cream we prepared b4 .add 1 cup grated cheese and switch off heat . Stir well and let cool. And mix in some chopped coriander .

To make box pattice place 2 samosa sheets in a + sign way. In the centre square put the filling then close each flap clock wise . seal the last flap with help of beaten egg . Shallow fry till golden and serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.

The ones staying in town in null bazar u get mini samosa sheets . I use that for box pattice u can use regular ones if u wish.
