Chicken Banjara Wrap

This is a wrap that evry wrap lover should not miss out on . Trust my word guys and try it asap

For chicken banjara
Take 500 gm chicken , either boneless breast or tastes best with boneless leg .
in a grinder grind together 2 fists chopped coriander , 2 Kashmiri red chillies , 2 green chillies , 8-10 cloves of garlic, 1 inch ginger , salt , half tsp kala namak , half tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder, juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp kasoori methi ,3 tbsp dahi , 2 tbsp cream and 1 fist of barista crushed and blend to a fine paste , apply on chicken and do koyla dhungaar.
Let this marinate for 2 hrs and grill on grill pan with little butter and oil mix till done .

For chutney grind together a generous handful of coriander , 2-3 green chilli, half tsp chaat masala, 4 tbsp dahi , 4 tbsp mayonnaise and salt .

In a plate mix 2 sliced onions with some chopped coriander, juice of 1 lime , and little salt , black pepper and chaat masala

Take a rumali roti and in the centre put the onion mix , followed by chicken banjara , chutney and wrap it, serve immediately.
