Chicken And Cheese Lifafa

Firstly marinate 250 gm chicken with 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp tandoori masala, juice of half lime , and salt . Let marinate for half hour and cook till done , shred and keep aside .

Then mix in 150 gm of mozzarella cheese and 100 gms of processed cheese . 1 small finely chopped onion, lots of chopped coriander, and 2 chopped green chilli. Mix well and keep aside

Knead together 1.5 cup gehu aata , 1.5 cup Maida aata , 2 tbsp rava and salt to taste , with water to a medium soft dough . Lastly apply oil and keep aside for half n hour .

Take a ball of dough and roll it into a circle with help of dry flour . Put the filling in the centre in shape of a triangle ( you can also place in square shape as mostly lifafas are square , but I prefer triangle as that way we get more filling n less dough coz of less overlaps )
Fold from 3 sides to close it well
Slightly press with hands ( dont using rolling pin again )
Shallow fry till golden and crisp
Serve hot along with some green chutney mixed with dahi and mayonnaise. Add a dollop of butter on the lifafa to make it more delicious.
