Cheezy Ranch/Mayo Fries

To make cheese sauce … in  a vessel put 1 tbsp butter and half  tbsp maida , saute little and add 1 cup of milk and cook till thick , now add salt, half tsp white pepper and a pinch of yellow orange colour (you can use haldi also) add about 100 gms of processed cheese and just cook till cheese melts .(cooking too much will cause the cheese to split . Incase if it happens don’t worry just blend with a hand blender) your cheese sauce is ready , you can also use this as a dip with any starter or eat with chips or nachos
For the ranch sauce….. In a bowl mix together one cup each of mayo , yogurt and sour cream ( to make sour cream simply mix 3 tsp vinager in a cup of amul cream) mix in 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp mix herbs 1 tsp garlic powder half tsp white pepper 1 tbsp sugar and salt to taste … this recipe can be used in sandwich , pizza burger and as a dip , ull surely never buy packaged ranch sauce
In a serving plate sprèad fries and drizzle on top with both the sauces.. you can also drizzle mayo along with these two . Or you can just use cheeze sauce and mayo . Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top and serve hot.
