Cheezy Chicken Pockets
Ive made these using wonton sheets , u can make it with spring roll sheets as well or use the same filling for samosa .
In a kadhai heat v little oil add 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1tsp ginger paste , 6-7chopped green chillies and saute . Add 250 gms of finely chopped boneless chicken and salt and 1 tsp white pepper powder. Cook till chicken is tender and switch off heat.
Once the chicken is cooled down mix 5 tbsp cheese spread ( u can follow my recipe to make it at home using processed cheese or use readymade) 100 gms of grated cheese , lots of chopped coriander , 2 small potatoes boiled and mashed , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , half cup boiled corn and mix well .
Apply beaten egg on all sides of wonton sheet and place little filling in the center . Close by folding from the top and bottom. Press sides well to seal. Shallow Fry on medium low heat till golden and crisp , serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
